Did the earth move for you? (updated)

I had a message which did the rounds last week, which puts the earthquake in context:

With all the news on TV lately about the hurricanes that America is experiencing, the typhoons in China, flooding in Switzerland and recent mud slides in South America, we shouldn't forget that the UK has its share of devastating natural disasters too.

Attached is a photo illustrating the damage caused by the dreadful earthquake on Tuesday night.

 

 

 

 

Did the earth move for you?

Did anyone else feel the earthquake last night? Admittedly you may have missed it as it happened at 1am (we were awake ‘cos Baby A had to be fed…there’s a surprise).

The bed and cupboards started shaking – but c’mon, an earthquake?? In England?!. Has been confirmed though, so we weren’t dreaming.
